Conference attendees are invited to add an optional field trip or workshop to their agenda. All trips and workshops will take place on the afternoon of March 19th. Conference fees must be paid online using a credit card. Individual tickets must be purchased for each attendee. Registration, field trip, and workshop purchases are non-refundable after February 28, 2025. If you have questions, or need assistance with registration, please contact our conference administrator.

The ticketing process for the Ohio River Valley Invasive Species Conference is managed by The Morton Arboretum, as they are the fiduciary for the Midwest Invasive Plant Network (MIPN). We appreciate their assistance and support. Some of the language on the registration site is standard for the Arboretum and cannot be altered. Please be advised that you do not need to be a member of the Arboretum to purchase conference tickets. Also be aware that donations to the Arboretum do not support MIPN, the Ohio River Valley Invasive Species Conference, or impact the cost of your conference ticket. However, if you are a supporter of the Midwest Invasive Plant Network, you can request a discount code from our conference administrator that you can apply to your purchase and receive 10% off early or regular registration. During checkout, this code can be entered on the final page of the conference registration form.
